If you follow a little what I do, for the blog photos, I am used to working with Jeffry Junes. He’s the one that helped me get the closest to what I wanted and expected for Multicolore Paris. And he is a great friend. So I must admit that when Alexis Lamadon contacted me via Instagram, It felt like cheating (lol). Not really justified though, since, I need new dynamics to move forward with my work. To test new things, and get as close to the content that scrolls in my mind.
It was a pleasant but strange experience for me. I think I even felt a little tense. Alexis is very friendly creating discussion and calm. It’s just a process I’ve never experienced so far. With Jeffry, we met through a project that our mutual friends were pursuing together, so it felt different. The proximity was already there. So posing and all was not a big deal. This time it was a whole different experience.
This photo shoot took us through the 15th quarter of Paris , not far from the Beaugrenelle Shopping Center. The environment was very urban and had many trees at the same time.
I was particularly a fan of my outfit! I decided to dig out the overalls I got from Monki last summer. The goal ? Associate it with pieces that would convey a casual yet feminine and cute mood. As a result, I paired it with an embroidered high collar top, a pair of fishnet tights and my old new pair of white Huarrache from Nike. Regarding accessories I went with a classic watch with a black strap and a small pair of hoop earrings . As for the hairstyle, long braids did the trick, my favorite hairstyle these days. I must say I am very pleased with the result.
Watch : ROSEFIELD WATCHES | Bracelet : MATY
Skirt overall : MONKI | Top : KIABI | Tights : DIM | Sneakers : Huarache ny NIKE | Hoops earrings : BERSHKA
How about you ? What you think ? Do I feel feminine, cute and casual ( LOL) ?
A huge thank you to Alexis Lamadon ( @a.lmd on IG) for this new experience and the beautiful pictures.
Have a great day and see you soon.
